I can`t change my job ,
I was kind of shocked when I heard the news from the lady in the HR , that I cant transfer to another college or department because my evaluation is bellow 90% & I should get over 90 , for 2 years in a row as a minim to apply for another position or to another department in Kuwait University .
All my previous evaluations for almost 8 years were over 90% , except for 2013 , when she started to hate me , this is not a professional behavior from a manager & I can`t understand how she can manage to live or deal with people in her social life . If she has a social life !!!
Dealing with a boss like her , is like taking an emotional roller-coaster ride , she is unpredictable , she is impulsive .
To deal with moody boss required hard work to learn & understand how to deal with him/her .
But
THIS IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY TO DEAL WITH YOUR SICK INSANE CHARACTER :P
so please boss , enough with your daily Drama & let me tell you something

at the end of your story, you understand how you must think. People do not change, you have to be lucky enough to travare people with a lot of experience and are able to know how to manage his own position. Unfortunately, very often people do not have the capacity and sensitivity to respect those who have in front of them. Hold on, stay yourself, in your values, into your morality, into your honor and look forward to you.
