NewQ8Bride : A Life after Marriage

I feel down again at work ,  to know that the guy who is supposed to be the head of our department left , and took a step back in his career just because he couldn't stand the system , this means one thing , that I am working in the wrong place . 


I am not in the mood to work yet there are many things that I should work on.

I don`t want to leave the place , I can be creative and do a great job if the management understands whats really going on
