Talise Spa - Jumeirah Messilah Beach hotel @Jumeirahmb

Great news for spa lovers , the Talise Spa has opened at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel and Spa in Kuwait . I was excited to receive an invitation to try it and experience true indulgence . 

Arrived there , and welcomed by the recipient & served with a cold towel and juice , I `v been asked to fill a form to know exactly  what I need . 

 Then  the spa manager took me in tour explaining to me the variety of massages, body treatments and facials they provide ,  using world class spa products  , personalized to match every guest`s needs.

وصلتني دعوة من فندق جميرا المسيله و كانت لتجربة السبا

وايد استانست بالدعوة لأني وايد احب اروح السبا و صج بهالفترة كنت حدي محتاجة هالشي و خصوصا مع لوية الدوام 

اول ما وصلت قاعة الإستقبال اللي كانت جدا مريحة وكبيره ، جوها مختلف عن اكثر من سبا زرته بالكويت و شرق اسيا رحبت فيني موظفة الإستقبال و قعدت ، ضيفوني بعصير و بفوطة باردة و بعدها عطوني فورمة عشان اكتب فيها كل معلوماتي و هالشي مهم عشان يعرفون شنو نوع المساج اللي ممكن تسوونه 

بعدها خذوني في جولة عشان اتعرف على السبا بشكل عام ، مشالله المكان وايد كبير و فيه وايد وايد غرف و مرافق تقدرون تستخدمونها بعد المساج

I went to the lockers & dressing  room & I noticed the stunning  hand painted curtains as I have been told earlier by the manager  

بعدها رحت غرفة التبديل عشان اغير ملابسي  كل الستاير كانت رسم يد و شكلها وايد حلو و راقي 

Here I am ready for my Treatment 

My treatment was "Swedish massage"  , I always do the balinese massage and this was my 1st time to try the Swedish massage and it was amazing , the therapist was an expert and she was super friendly

اول مرة اجربه لأن عادة دايما اطلب البالنيز مساج لما اروح اي سبا  وايد وايد ارتحت و اندمجت و يمكن نمت بعد ، المهم مشالله كانت اللي تسوي لي مساج وايد خبرة و صج قدرت تريحني و حدها بروفيشنال و حليوة 

later on , it was the time to try the facilities

I went to the relaxing room and offered to drink tea but I asked for a cucumber  water  

و بعدها رحت حق غرفة الريلاكسشين و سألوني اذا ابي ماي او شاي و كنت عطشانة فخذيت ماي بالخيار  عشان بعدها اروح اجرب المرافق الباجي 

في وايد مرافق منها السونا و غرفة الثلج حدها باردة في نفس حوض سباحة بس في اكثر من علاج بالماي و احلى شي غرفة الملح  اللي اخترتها 

شي شي خيالي ، الغرفة مبنية من طابوق كرستال من الملح من جبال الهملايا دخلت و الغرفة تكون دافية و صج حسيت فجاة بفرق بالتنفس  انسدحت على فراش الماي و فجأة نمت صج صج اريح نص ساعة نمتها بحياتي تينن 

يعني يوم خلص الوقت بغيت اقولها ابي انام بعد ،عرفت بعدين انه هذي الغرفة اساسا تساعد على التنفس و حل وايد من مشاكل البشرة 

Hydrotherapy bathes , steam room , ice room to use after the steam room & the one and only in the middle east Salarium or Himalayan salt room ,  built with pure crystal salt . 

I tried it ,  trust me no words can explain what I felt there , I imagined myself  in a cave in the Himalayan Mountains (never been there before  :P  ) away from all the hustle and bustle of my busy life , I had an amazing nap , because breathing salt infused air will improve your breathing .  loved the worm water beds as well .

لكن ما يمنع شوي ندلل نفسنا من فتره لي فتره 

As an over all experience , the spa is so worth to visit , I will go there again enshalah

From Monday to Thursday of next week, The Yoga Center will be opening their doors to host The Yoga Center Community Week. The week will be filled with activities and special offers aimed at getting people to know the center and meet their highly specialized trainers.

The Yoga Center is the first and only female center specialized in yoga, with more than 10 different types offered, from pre-natal to breathing and hot. The hot room, with its sophisticated heating and humidifying system is the first of its kind in Kuwait, built to enhance the detoxifying and purification of the practice.

Highly qualified and specialized trainers and small classes are built around the desire to provide each member with special attention. The Yoga Center aims to be a cove of serenity where members look forward to pamper themselves with luxurious interiors, marble-clad floors, and rain showers.

Furthermore, members are able to tailor classes to their specific needs and ailments, like relieving back pain or breathing classes where they can shake off their stress and revive their senses.

Attached to the studio is a yoga store where our Yogis in the making can shop carefully selected International yoga brands.

A Life After Marriage Post : 7th Wedding Anniversary , how to survive :)

Thank you all for your kind words in instagram congratulating me  , wish you all a happy life full of love and passion . 

 I am blessed , Thanks God ,  do I ever love that guy more every single day ?? 

Since day 1 , married couples kept telling me how bored life will be after 2 or 3 or 4 years and all the sparks  of love will fade away !!
Come on guys ,  stop doing that to newly wed couples or even to your single friends !!  I know that most of you are laying and never tell the truth . 

I started my blog 7 years ago to show a real experience , I am not an expert & I believe that my marriage has its ups and downs . Alhamdullh , Thanks God after 7 years , which I don't know how fast these years has gone by , I still feel from the inside that I am still a “New Bride “ 

I was worried , are we going to end up  living in a bored , loveless life ?? Specially that we don`t have any children? 
 oh I have to mention that in Kuwait ,  people relate the successes of your marriage by how many individuals you are going to add to this universe ;) 

Truth to be told , after all these years , I feel more  attracted to him than I ever have before , more in love and more like a family  , we`ve always been a team and still we are ,  but Stronger . Thanks God 
Some people said that I was faking all that , that I am living in a “dream” and all my life was lie and I believed  it just to keep my blog going :P

So , here we are , I will show you  how my fake , happy life became a reality ;) 
It is not easy , you need to work hard for your marriage and we both did  . 
A few years ago , we both been through difficult situations , I was trying to get pregnant , then I noticed that it will not be easy for me to conceive , with daily treatments , painful injections , time wasted at hospitals , a one moth disappointment extended to be six months  , I was crying in the car , in bed , in the shower , I started to blame myself  , became angry at other people . I hated myself for the way I was acting . I even thought about getting a divorce .  

The only person who understands how to deal with me was J . He was supportive and always there , telling me that he didn’t  care  , that he is in love with me & I know deep inside that he wanted me to come back to him , the girl he loved and married . 
I woke up one day , looked at him sleeping next to me and I realized that I am blessed . I am not going to talk about my recovery in details , but according to my experience , Keeping “Allah” in the center of your life is the main reason  for all the happiness and peace of mind . 
I learned that couples grow closer and their bonds grow stronger through difficult times , this issue puts my marriage to the test , and my marriage pass that test with an A+ grade . Alhamdullah 

I am a happy successful “ New bride “  married to the most amazing man “ j” 
And yes , the hard times I`ve been through were real

من اكثر الأشياء اللي تزعج الشخص اللي يبني بيته 

كل الناس اللي قاعدين يشاركون بآراء و اقتراحات على اساس انهم بيسكنون معاكم 

طبعا انه الواحد يستشير و يسأل الناس اللي عندهم و يشاركون بأرائهم الصح ابدا ما فيها مشكله 

لكن تعالوا حق الناس اللي مالهم شغل 

اتمنى انه نستوعب شغله اذا الشخص اللي يبني بيته ما سأل رجاءا احتفظوا برايكم حق نفسكم 

انا موضوع البيت متكلمة عنه من قبل اني الحمدالله معتمده على جاسم بالموضوع كله بس قلت له احتياجاتي و اهو راح حق المهندس و خلص الخريطة و كل شي و استشار واحد من خوالي اللي توه باني البيت و اهو معاه خطوه بخطوه 

بس الصراحة مو قاعده اتدخل و لا شي لسبب وايد مهم 

انا بالنسبة لي جاسم اهم من البيت بكبره 

مو مستعده اخسره بهواش و نجره على بيت كلش مو مهم 

و هذا الشي اللي الكل يقوله انه اغلب الأزواج هواش و نجره فتره بنيان البيت 

عشان جذي لما يسالوني الناس ها شصار

من فترة تقريبا تعودنا انا و ج انه نطلع كل جمعة نتريق الصبح 

 بدى الموضوع انه مره كنا  مواصلين و ما نمنا و بعد الصلاة قررنا نروح برايم اند توست

و بس صار الوضع انه كل جمعة الفير احنا طالعين 

الوناسة بالنسبة لي كانت 

طلعة الفير !!لأن احنا البنات نادرا ما نكون مجربين الطلعة هالوقت  و الشي الثاني 
انه صارت الطلعة شي انطره من اسبوع لي اسبوع 
وايد شي حلو ان انه يكون بينكم شي مشترك تنطرونه 

Breakfast dates are awesome . It becomes a habit for us to have a weekly breakfast dates for almost a year now , it started during  one  weekend,when we were staying up all night , we felt hungry & decided to have an early morning breakfast at the only 24/7 open restaurant , prime`n Toast . 

I was really excited because I had  never experienced that before , leaving the house before sunrise  : ) 

جربوا  و شوفوا شلون التغيير اللي صار

بعد فترة حسينا انه  ملينا من برايم اند توست و شغله ثانية انه الطعم و الخدمة شوي بدت تتغير علينا 


ماكو مطاعم وايد تفتح 24 ساعة 

الطلعة قمنا نأجلها من بعد الساعة 7 
We got bored from Prime`n Toast , so we decided to try another few restaurants , unfortunately none of them opened before 6 Am , but it is alright , the concept is that we got used to this date , that I encourage all couples to try  .

Loved their food , they serve the best pancakes ever 

but I hated the waiting list & once they went out of eggs :( so u should be there at 7 AM

بغض النظر عن المطعم ، الطلعة الأسبوعية هذي صارت بالنسبة لنا شي مميز 

حتى لو نكون متهاوشين مثلا قبلها بيوم ندري انه راح نتراضى لأن راح نطلع 

و مثل هذي الطلعات ممكن تزيد من الترابط بينكم و دايما تكون الطلعات مريحة و هادية و شوي تبعدكم عن الضغوطات اللي تحوشكم طول الأسبوع 

و الله مو شرط الطلعة الرومانسية لازم تكون بالليل 

whether we like these restaurants or not , these weekly "Breakfast dates"  are valuable for any couples , going out on a weekly date may strengthen that romantic spark &  also to reduce all week stress  , waking up early to enjoy your time with your lover for a coffee and egg is unusual enough to feel special . 

try it and you will never regret it 

things are not smooth at work these days , I don't know how am I going to wake up tomorrow and go to the office while I know that there are lots of things that I have to deal with .


I don`t know , if I am angry or mad or what

it just things just happened so fast  , I know that there are some hmmmmmm

و اليوم الخميس 

مشالله شهر 9 طاف تقريبا وصلنا نص الشهر  و حده الشهر من بدا وايد صار فيه اكشن من كل صوب 

تعرفون الشعور انه لما يصير في فبالكم وايد اشياء بتسوونها ؟ خطط و على مدى بعيد بس ما تقدرون تبدون فيها لأن شي مرتبط بشي ؟؟ 

مادري اذا كلامي مفهوم و لا لأ بس هذا وضعي الحين 

يعني انا مو مشغولة بس احس اني مشغولة و مو قادرة ابدي بشي 

بالمقابل الحمدالله وايد اشياء زينة قاعدة تصير لي الحمدالله ماكو احسن من تخطيط الله سبحانه و تعالى لنا و كل شي خيره يا رب 

وايد جذي اكون مخططة و ابي اشياء و ما تصير و بعدها تصير لي اشياء احسن الحمدالله
