I don't know much about Louboutin heels, but I did a little search and this is what I found: You can contact customer service at the official CL website and ask them where you can repair your heels in Kuwait. Or you can ship your shoes to one of these locations. ok there is this cobbler in Paris, you can either take the shoes (if you're going to paris) or you can ship it to them, they will fix it and return it. Their pictures are wonderful they make it like new. This is their page:
