NBK Mobile App

i was trying to activate my NBK mobile app in my ipad 2 days ago , it wasnt working probebly , i have to call the Call-center and ask them to help me . I got busy  , with the cake baking :P and other stuff and i forget honestly .


this morning  i recived a call from NBK asking me if i am facing any problem with app !! God i love NBK and i love how do they take care of their costumers .


Thanks to Dalal ALmuhanna from costumer services , she was really helpful , she  asked me that she will be with on line while i am activating the app , but as usual i was still bed , but thanks to her for clarifying to me how to make it work
