Iced Blackberry & Cherry
it's been four days without late dinner , i have lunch at 6 P.M and then no dinner , it works perfectlly with me , no more hurtburn , a good sleep and i feel more light . i think i will keep that routine in Ramadhan .
I am stying at home because i am in leave , so i will not feel hungry enshalah , i hope i will i will lose weight enshalah
